1.单细胞数据解析疾病发生、细胞命运决定、胚胎发育过程中复杂基因调控网络;

2.多维度数据联合建模解析复杂疾病的分子机理确定疾病相关的分子靶点或靶点网络;

3. 针对疾病相关的分子靶点或靶点网络筛选药物或药物组合。
