官键，南方医科大学南方医院放疗科主任医师，医学博士，博士后导师，科室副主任，党支部书记，医院纪委委员、头颈肿瘤专业组组长。

    从事肿瘤放疗医教研工作18年，在头颈部恶性肿瘤的个体化治疗、肿瘤微环境与放射抵抗领域有深入的研究。2010.10～2013.4曾在美国哈佛医学院从事博士后研究。目前兼任中国抗癌协会肿瘤放射防护专业委员会委员、广东省科协委员、广东省医师协会放射治疗医师分会常委兼秘书暨青年学组组长、广东省医学会放射肿瘤学会常委、广东省抗癌协会肺癌专业委员会副主任委员等学术任职，是南方医院头颈肿瘤、鼻咽癌多学科会诊（MDT）专家团队成员。近3年发表学术论文10余篇，其中二区及以上共5篇。目前在研国家自然科学基金1项，广东省自然科学基金1项，广州市科技计划1项，作为PI在研两项前瞻性临床研究。

Dr. GUAN JIAN is the chief physician, MD, postdoctoral supervisor, deputy director of the department, secretary of the party branch and head and neck oncology group leader in the Radiation Oncology Department of Southern Hospital.

Dr. GUAN JIAN has been engaged in medical and scientific research in radiation oncology for over 18 years. She completed postdoctoral training at Harvard Medical School in the United States. She has conducted research in the fields of individualized treatment of head and neck cancer, tumor microenvironment and radiation resistance. At present, he is also a member of the Cancer radiation Protection Committee of the China Anti-Cancer Association, a member of the Guangdong Provincial Association for Science and Technology, a member of the Guangdong Medical Doctor Association as well as the chief of the Youth Group, and a member of Guangdong Medical Association. She is a member of themulti-disciplinary team of head and neck cancer in Southern Hospital. In the past three years, she has published more than 10 academic papers. At present, she has one National Natural Science Foundation of China, one Guangdong Natural Science Foundation, one Guangzhou Science and Technology Program, and two prospective clinical trials.
