1、拉曼光谱用于胃肠道肿瘤方面的研究

2、骨髓干细胞移植治疗肝硬化的临床应用及疗效评价研究。

3、Exosome microRNA超敏检测试剂盒的产业化与结直肠癌早期诊断。

4、肠道菌群与粪菌移植关系的研究。

5、大肠癌mir-21和mir-19的exsome的检测以及相关机制研究。
