职位1:骨骼肌和骨骼肌干细胞生理代谢调控机制

职位2:肠道菌群与生理代谢和健康

 

具体要求

1.已经获得博士学位(或6个月内将获得博士学位);

2.具有独立从事科研能力;

3.发表至少一篇第一作者SCI论文,或三年内发表单篇SCI论文(JCR二区以上);

4.对所从事研究方向有强烈的兴趣、工作认真严谨、有责任心并且具有较强团队合作精神

 

背景要求 

1. 熟练操作分子、细胞和生物化学相关实验, 例如,分子克隆、细胞培养、RNA提取、荧光定量PCRWestern blot、冰冻和石蜡切片、IHCChIPRIP

2. 能够阅读SCI 英文文献、撰写英文文章、有很好的中英文沟通能力;

3. 干细胞,代谢,肠道菌群或生物信息研究背景优先;

4. 了解转录组和基因组高通量测序数据分析;

5. 有较强的沟通和团队协作能力。

 

职位要求

职位1: 要求有骨骼肌研究背景,熟练操作单根肌纤维分离、培养、和染色,熟练操作冰冻切片机和荧光染色以及骨骼肌原代细胞培养,熟练掌握分子、细胞生物学技术,并且熟悉小动物实验。

职位2: 16S测序,宏基因组,宏转录组,代谢组学有初步了解,会使用LinuxR Python 语言,有基本的编程能力。
