主要研究方向

本课题组拟围绕类器官与免疫系统的交互机制展开系统研究,重点包括:

1. 构建具备免疫调控功能的肝、肠类器官模型;

2. 运用类器官解析脂肪肝、肝纤维化,和病毒性肝炎等肝脏疾病的发生机制;

3. 发展基于类器官的药物筛选与再生治疗策略,推动类器官技术的临床转化与产业化应用。
