v 研究方向
医学图像处理与机器学习在脑肝部疾病的预测建模
脑部与肝脏疾病因其高发病率和死亡率,已成为重大公共卫生挑战。疾病预测模型借助机器学习和人工智能从医学数据中挖掘有用信息,为重大疾病的早期识别、精准诊疗提供及时有效的依据和决策支持。本人针对脑肝部疾病预测领域的难点展开研究,构建了肝病数据智能分析与评估软件平台;发表了论文50余篇,包括本领域权威期刊IEEE Trans. Med. Imaging(IF:11.037)、Med. Image Anal.(IF:13.828)、医学权威期刊EClinicalMedicine(柳叶刀(Lancet)子刊,IF:17.033)等高水平杂志;主持国家自然科学基金面上、青年等项目7项;指导学生获得顶级会议“MICCAI2020甲状腺结节超声图像分割和分类竞赛(TN-SCUI2020)分类赛道”冠军、“粤港澳大湾区(黄埔)国际算法算例大赛”三等奖(奖金4万元)、“全国大学生生物医学工程创新设计竞赛”三等奖、“广东省大学生生物医学工程创新设计竞赛”三等奖等;并指导硕士研究生以第一作者发表一区论文12篇,6人次获国家奖学金奖励。
