夏承来，男，南方医科大学附属佛山市妇幼保健院科研实验室主任，研究员（医学研究专业、生物化学和分子生物学专业），南方医科大学硕士研究生导师。医学博士，University of Florida博士后，美国纽约血液中心Lindsley F. Kimball Research Institute访问学者。

广东省卫生经济学会药物经济与临床评价专业委员会副主任委员；广东省药学会个体化用药专家委员会常务委员；广东省转化医学学会第二届理事会监事；广东省转化医学学会分子诊断学分会常委；佛山市生物医学工程学会药物与微生态工程分会会长。广东省科技计划专家库专家，广东省科技创新资金项目（国际合作领域）、广州市科技项目（重点研发等）基金函审专家等。主持和参与多项国家、省、部级项目。
