Syndrome Laboratory of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine

一、实验室简介

中西医结合证候实验室位于南方医科大学中医药学院一楼，于2018年年中竣工，是中医药学院整合力量、集中优势，为服务科研、支撑创新而建立的新基地。实验室承担了包括国家自然科学基金重点项目、国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家自然科学基金青年基金项目等多项研究，为培养青年人才、进行中西医结合证候的学科研究提供强力有的支撑。

本实验室共有房间13间，上百件仪器设备，功能单位分为五大模块：细胞研究室、基因研究室、蛋白质研究室、动物研究室、公共实验平台。覆盖了从分子医学到临床前动物模型研究的高精尖科研设备。可以及时有效地满足在中西医结合证候理论指导下的基因、细胞、蛋白质、动物等方面的相关研究，满足本学科在加速发展中对高技术支撑的突出需求。

A Brief Introduction

Syndrome Laboratory of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicines is located on the first floor of the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Southern Medical University. It was completed in mid-2018. Tostart this new research laboratory,Collegehas invested a lot of resources on it.The laboratory has undertaken a number of research projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), Key Projects of NSFC and Youth Projects of NSFC. It is providing strong support for cultivating young science and technology talents and the discipline research of Syndrome of integrated Chinese and Western Medicine.

There are hundreds of instruments in 13 sub laboratories. According to the function, it was divided into five parts including of cell lab, gene lab, protein lab, animal lab, public experiment platform. It covers advanced research equipment from molecular medicine to preclinical animal models. It can timely and effectively meet the demand for related research on genes, cells, proteins, animals and other aspects under the guidance of syndrome theory of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine, and meet the outstanding demand for high-tech support in the accelerated development of this discipline.
