个人介绍及研究方向简介：

张宁，医学博士，副主任医师，美国Mayo Clinic国家公派访问学者、博士后。目前就职于解放军总医院第五医学中心中医肝病科，兼任中华中医药学会肝胆病分会青年委员、中国研究型医院学会肝病专业委员会委员、北京市中西医结合学会传染病分会委员。Journal of Traditonal Chinese Medicine 审稿专家。长期从事肝病的中西医结合临床诊疗及科研工作，擅长不同病因、不同阶段慢性肝病的中西医结合治疗及管理。主持省部级课题3项，作为子任务负责人承担中西医结合治疗肝癌、肝衰竭方面的国家“十三五”重大专项课题2项。第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI及国内统计源期刊论文30余篇。参编肝病相关著作6部，副主编2部。作为第一发明人获得国家发明专利1项。

主要研究方向：

1、依托国家重大专项课题探索不同阶段肝癌的中西医诊疗模式，借助人工智能的手段构建符合中医特色的肝癌疗效评价方法，借助网络药理学、现代分子生物学等手段挖掘有效组方的科学内涵。

2、依托北京市自然科学基金相关课题，探索人工智能辅助中医在肝病领域的应用，如基于舌面诊特征辨识脂肪肝高危人群，基于人工智能构建中医疗效评价方法等。

3、探索中药治疗慢加急性肝衰竭的优势人群及最佳干预阶段，从肠道微生态及免疫失衡的角度探索中药治疗慢加急性肝衰竭的机制。

4、胆汁淤积性肝病的中医治疗及其机制研究。
