研究概述
在全球范围内约有20%~30%的成年人患有慢性疼痛。由于慢性疼痛病因和机制的复杂性,阿片类药物的副作用和非阿片类药物对慢性疼痛的治疗效果有限,疼痛严重影响患者身心健康以及生活质量,给个人和社会带来巨大的经济负担。研究方向是通过解析疼痛的传递和编码机制以及不同疾病相关慢性疼痛的分子机制来开发新型镇痛药物。相关研究成果发表在Nat Neurosci、J Clin Invest和PNAS等知名期刊。
