研究概述
主要从事精神疾病(精神分裂症、双相情感障碍和抑郁症等)复杂表型变异的表观遗传调控机制研究。依托同卵双生子队列,整合多组学数据,系统解析DNA甲基化、非编码RNA网络及RNA编辑在疾病发生中的作用;并结合小鼠模型、人源iPSC来源神经元及类脑器官开展跨尺度的功能验证,致力于揭示精神疾病的分子与神经环路机制,为精准分型与干预提供理论基础(ORCID:0000-0001-6116-4584)。
