研究概述

精神疾病(精神分裂症、双相情感障碍和抑郁症等)复杂表型变异的表观遗传调控机制。以双胞胎家系临床病例及其外周血来源构建iPSCs分化的神经元和类脑器官、模式小鼠为对象并结合基因编辑技术,研究等位基因特异性DNA甲基化修饰和RNA表达、非编码RNA等参与精神病复杂表型变异的表观遗传调控机制。
