研究概述
在社会互动中,情绪是调控个体行为的重要内在状态。然而,在具体社会情境中,大脑如何整合个体的情绪状态与外界社会线索,并将其转化为恰当的行为反应,其神经机制仍不清楚。阐明情绪与社会信息整合的神经基础,对于理解社会行为的基本生物学规律具有重要意义。
基于上述科学问题,本课题组聚焦情绪与社会行为相互作用的神经机制,重点研究个体如何感知、解读并响应社会线索,以及大脑如何通过动态调节情绪状态来塑造社会行为。我们的研究方向主要包括:1)情绪-社会行为整合的神经环路机制;2)焦虑障碍、自闭症谱系障碍、抑郁症等精神疾病中情绪调控与社会行为异常的神经基础及潜在干预靶点。相关研究成果已发表在Neuron、Current Biology、Neuroscience、Acta Pharmacologica Sinica等国际学术期刊。
