研究方向

慢性非传染性疾病,是当前我国及世界范围内的主要健康威胁。随着社会老龄化的发展,在可预见的未来慢性病的发病率将持续增加,严重影响公众健康及社会发展。慢性病的发生与生活方式、环境暴露及遗传因素密切相关。本课题组致力于探索器官衰老及纤维化等慢性病发生的共性机制,为常见慢性病的预防及靶向干预提供理论依据。主要研究方向包括:

1. 慢性肾病的发病机制

2. 组织纤维化及衰老的机制及干预

3. 环境因素复合暴露的健康损害、分子机制及预防控制

4. 复杂疾病的遗传易感性
