2.毕业感言

Firstly of all, I would like to show my sincere thanks to my Portuguese supervisor, Professor Virginia Trigo and her husband, Professor Nelson Antonio. They had been giving her full support with great encouragement and efforts during my research theme selection, questionnaire design and thesis drafting. She set an example for me as a supervisor with her voluminous knowledge, rigorous academic altitude and modesty. I would also like to thank my Chinese supervisor, Professor Eva Khong for her close attention and earnestly instruction. These all enlighten and benefit me during the research and in my whole life.

Secondly, I would like to express my warm thanks to Prof. Zhao Di, Ms. Xu Ruimin, Ms. Ou Weiyan and all the other staff in joint DMH program between Southern Medical University and ISCTE, for their three years’ hard working during my study.

Thirdly, I want to thank my wife and son for their understanding and supporting, which is of great significance for me to complete the thesis.

Lastly, I would like to express very special acknowledgments to my colleagues Dr. CK Chan, Prof. Cindy Lam, Dr. Edward Wu, Ms. Li Xiaoning, Ms. Wang Qing, and Ms. Ke Dongge. They offered me a lot help and good advice during questionnaire survey, thesis drafting and translation.
