HealthTips for Study Tour

  1, Takethe medications that you often use or you may need during your trip, like pills for motion sickness, heart attack, insulin and Berberine for diabetes and so on. If you have a pre-existing medical condition, make sure you take enough medical supplies for your stay, a copy of your prescriptions from your doctor and the description and invoice of your medication in the local language;

  2, Take out comprehensive travel insurance before you leave the country.But be aware that you will not be covered by the travel insurance policy if you:

  a) have a chronic medical condition;

  b) participatein parachuting, skiing, diving and other activities that insurers regard as highly dangerous;

  c) are pregnant or have amiscarriage during the trip.

  So consult insurers before you take out the insurance.

  3, If you have high blood pressure, heart disease, stomach conditions and other chronic diseases, make sure you take enough medication and a copy of your prescription with you;

  4, Pay special attention to the impacts of fatigue, jet lag and the changes in climate, environment, and diet that may have on your health and make correspondent adjustments.
