1, Takethe medications that you often use or you may need during your trip, like pills for motion sickness, heart attack, insulin and Berberine for diabetes and so on. If you have a pre-existing medical condition, make sure you take enough medical supplies for your stay, a copy of your prescriptions from your doctor and the description and invoice of your medication in the local language;
2, Take out comprehensive travel insurance before you leave the country.But be aware that you will not be covered by the travel insurance policy if you:
