研究概述

应激是机体在应对各种内外环境及社会、心理因素刺激时出现的适应反应。适度的应激可提高个体警觉水平,促进个体的生存和发展;而长期、过度的负性应激是情绪障碍(诸如焦虑障碍、抑郁症等)发生的重要原因。课题组致力于其病理机制及干预策略研究,发现糖酵解-乳酸信号异常是慢性社交挫败应激诱发抑郁的重要原因,为抑郁症的发生提供了新机制;解析了抗抑郁分子ATP在脑内释放的信号调控机制,并提出了抑郁症的非药物治疗方式,为抗抑郁药物研发及干预策略提供新靶点和新思路;揭示了疼痛应激诱发情绪障碍的关键环路和分子机制,为临床相关疾病的治疗提供了新线索。研究成果以通讯或第一作者发表在Nat Commun、J Clin Invest、Nat Neurosci、J Neurosci、Neuron等知名期刊,多次被同行专家引用和评述。承担国家自然科学基金2项、广东省杰出青年项目1项,获广东省自然科学奖一等奖和“青年珠江学者”称号。
