研究概述

神经递质和调质对维持大脑正常的生理活动和健康至关重要。解析神经递质和调质在大脑中的功能作用有助于全面深入理解大脑的认知功能和开发新型的治疗脑部疾病的药物。而中枢神经系统的药物递送效率受到多种生理屏障如血脑屏障、血脊髓屏障等。因此,本课题组一方面致力于开发基于智能控释纳米载体的神经调控技术,实现按需精准控制神经递质和调质的脑内释放,研究这些物质的脑内调控功能;另一方面致力于开发克服中枢神经系统生理屏障的技术,为提高药物递送效率和疗效提供新方法,为脑疾病的临床治疗提供新策略。相关成果以第一作者或通讯作者发表于Angewandte Chemie International Edition、Nano Letters等国际知名期刊。
