研究概述

主要从事1. 治疗神经精神疾病药物新靶点的创新药物设计与活性评价;2. 神经精神疾病(ADPD、脑缺血、抑郁症等)的发病机理研究和药物筛选;3. 抗神经退行性疾病的中药成分及其机制研究。近5年以第一/通讯作者论文发表在Redox BiologyBrain Behav ImmunFASEB JBJPNeuropharmacologyPsychopharmacology等主流学术刊物上。先后主持国家自然科学基金9项,国家新药创制重大专项2项、省市课题20余项。主持1类抗帕金森病新药的III期临床试验及主持1类抗抑郁症新药的I期临床试验。
