四、主要研究方向

主要从事肿瘤恶性进展中表观遗传调控机制研究,鉴定肿瘤分子标志物或治疗靶标为实现肿瘤精准诊疗提供科学依据。主要包括:

1 利用表观多组学技术系统解析异常修饰调控肿瘤染色质状态驱动肿瘤发生发展的机理;

2结合高通量染色体构象捕获技术探究生物大分子凝聚体重塑肿瘤三维基因组机制,解析肿瘤三维基因组重塑对基因转录调控作用

3在上述基础上,开发靶向治疗新策略。
