个人简介

张琳,医学博士,留美博士后。组织胚胎学教研室主任,二级教授,博士生和博士后联合导师,珠江学者特聘教授。主要从事皮肤的基础与应用研究,运用基因敲除小鼠模型,探讨了皮肤屏障形成、皮肤衰老、皮肤创伤修复、以及皮肤相关疾病过程中信号调控机制;系统阐明了小G蛋白家族在干细胞对皮肤创伤愈合的治疗作用和信号调控机制;并聚焦新型生物材料在皮肤创伤愈合过程中的治疗应用。相关研究为解决皮肤发育调控的信号机制、创伤愈合附属器官再生难题,及构建高质量仿生皮肤提供研究基础和新的治疗思路。
