1.教研室简介(历史沿革,现状简介)

基础医学院细胞生物学教研室成立于1951年(2003年分出医学遗传学教研室,2015年分出发育生物学教研室),是博士学位授权点(1994年)、博士后流动站和广东省重点学科(生物学一级学科)、广东省高水平大学重点建设学科。

学科现有全职教师19人,其中教授11人,副教授2人,副研究员1人,高级实验师1人,实验师3人,助理实验师1人。其中柔性引进教授3人,拥有全国优秀教师和南粤优秀教师各1名;科技部中青年科技创新领军人才、国家高端人才、教育部“新世纪优秀人才”、 “珠江学者”特聘教授、广东省特支计划百千万工程领军人才各1名、青年拨尖人才2名,广东省“千百十工程”国家级培养对象1名、省级培养对象2名,广东省高等学校优秀青年教师培养计划1名。

3.教学工作:课程,教材建设,教学课题简介,人才培养(本科生研究生)

1.课程:承担本科生课程:《细胞生物学》(适用于临床医学八年制)理论及实验、《医学细胞生物学》(适用于临床医学卓越班及其他临床医学等相关专业)理论及实验、《医学细胞生物学(英文授课)》(适用于临床医学MBBS班)理论及实验、《医学生物学》(适用于应用心理学专业)理论、《细胞培养技术》(适用于基础医学和医学实验技术专业)理论及实验,年均为本科生授课理论标准学时约2014,实验标准学时约1400;承担研究生课程:《细胞信号转导》理论(适用于各专业方向硕士研究生)、《细胞培养技术》(适用于各专业方向硕士研究生)理论及实验,年均为研究生授课理论标准学时47,实验标准学时近6000。其中高级职称理论授课学时达100%。

3.人才培养

近三年招收硕士研究生36人,毕业17人;招收博士研究生19人,毕业10人;本科生(入科室实习)约6人/年,均顺利完成毕业答辩。


4.科学研究:定位,研究方向,代表性团队及论文

本学科形成了骨生物学、肿瘤生物学和基因工程益生菌用于生物治疗等几个主要研究方向。学科于2013年建立广东省骨科研究院骨生物学研究所,还是“器官衰竭防治国家重点实验室”、广东省 “骨与软骨再生重点实验室”的重要成员。近五年共获得国家级课题21项,其中国家自然科学基金重点类项目4项(国家高端人才、重点、广东联合、海外合作连续资助各1项),国家重点研发计划干细胞及转化研究专项1项,科技部重大研究计划与973项目各1项,特别是2022年度教研室共获基金项目资助9项,其中国家重点研发计划重点专项课题2项;国家自然科学基金重大研究计划重点支持项目1项;其它国家级课题1项,省、市级课题各5项,新增科研经费达1146万元。共计研究经费6646多万元。以第一或通讯作者在Science、Nat Commun、Blood、J Cell Biol、Ann Rheum Dis、Cancer Res、J Am Soc Nephrol、PLoS Genet、Oncogene、J Bone Miner Res、J Biol Chem、J Cell Sci等期刊国际主流期刊上发表SCI论文约70篇,其中近五年IF>10的论文约15篇。获得国家科技进步二等奖、广东省科技进步二等奖与广州市科技进步一等奖各一项,发明专利2项。
