个人简介

南方医科大学教授、博导。中山大学获博士学位,此后在美国德克萨斯大学MD安德森癌症中心神经外科从事多年的研究工作,任博士后和讲师。主要从事原发胶质母细胞瘤以及肺癌/乳腺癌脑转移的发生机制和转化研究。近年来以通讯作者或一作在Nat Cell BiolJCI,PNAS、Cell Rep Med、Adv Sci、Sci Adv、Cancer Res等杂志发表研究论文,研究工作它引3000余次(包括被Science、Cell、Nat Med等期刊)。广东省“珠江人才”计划和南方医科大学海外高层引进人才,中国神经学会神经肿瘤分会委员、广东省精准医学会神经肿瘤分会常委、精准医学会转移分会常委,主持多项国家基金项目研究,同时是Sci Transl MedNat Commun、Adv Sci等二十余种领域内知名期刊的评审专家。


研究方向

(1)胶质瘤免疫微环境与肿瘤耐药和复发;

(2)肺癌/乳腺癌脑转移的分子机制及新型干预药物开发;

(3)溶酶体异常与肿瘤代谢/免疫。
