个人简介

郑磊,二级教授,博士生导师,国家杰出青年基金获得者,“珠江学者”特聘教授,现任南方医科大学南方医院副院长兼检验医学科主任、广东省精准医学检验重点实验室主任、广东省重大疾病快速诊断生物传感技术工程中心主任、Interdisciplinary Medicine创刊主编等职务。主要学术任职包括国际细胞外囊泡学会(ISEV)教育委员会执行主席、中华医学会检验医学分会常委、广东省医师协会检验医师分会主任委员等。曾获广东省科技进步一等奖、中国肿瘤标志物学术大会青年创新奖、“英雄杯”中国实验医学杰出青年奖等荣誉。在液体活检新技术领域以通讯作者在Adv Sci, JEV, Angew Chem Int Ed, Mater Horiz, Nano Lett, Small, Adv Funct Mater, ACS Nano, MolCancer, Biosens Bioelectron等国际知名学术期刊发表论文80余篇,其中IF大于10研究论文60余篇。主持国家级课题多项,包括国家杰出青年基金、国家自然科学基金重点项目、科技部重点研发计划课题等。主编专著11部,获批专利18项。


研究领域

1.循环稀有细胞、细胞外囊泡、游离核酸等“液体活检”新型生物标志物的临床应用、生理病理机制及检测技术;

2.生物传感、新型荧光分子、DNA纳米技术等先进功能材料与前沿技术的生物医学应用研究;

3.人工智能与大数据在检验医学中的应用。
