教授简介:

António Caetano现任里斯本大学学院(ISCTE University Institute of Lisbon)商学院商业研究中心研究员。曾参与研究项目《具备创业精神:旨在为高等教育和商业水平而发展企业家能力的知识联盟(BeComE)》(2020-2022)、《通过纵向和多层模型整合微观和宏观组织行为:主观幸福感,工作满意度和绩效》(2007-2011)、《组织和职业认同,准则和身份威胁:对组织内部合作的影响》(2003-2006)。


研究领域:

组织心理学;组织行为与人力资源


学术背景:

1995年,获得ISCTE里斯本大学学院社会组织行为博士学位;1984年,获得马德里自治大学(Universidad Autónoma de Madrid)心理学硕士学位。


教学活动:

自2013年起,担任ISCTE商学院多门课程的协调员,拥有丰富的教学经验。
