教授简介:

Ana Margarida Passos现任里斯本大学学院(ISCTE University Institute of Lisbon)商学院人力资源与组织行为系主任和副教授、商业研究中心研究员。曾参与研究项目《动态环境中的团队认知、适应和多团队系统》(2016-2019)、《参与性预防中小型企业的社会心理风险》(2013-2014)。

团队效能;团队领导力;团队认知;团队流程和紧急状态;团队多元化;多团队系统


学术背景:

2008年,获得ISCTE里斯本大学学院的社会与组织心理学博士学位;1999年,获得ISCTE社会与组织心理学硕士学位。


教学活动:

从2014年起,担任ISCTE商学院多门课程的协调员,并教授《高效能团队》、《领导力与组织治理》、《领导力与团队管理》、《国际人力资源管理》等课程,同时担任博士和硕士研究生的指导导师。
