教授简介：

Francisco Guilherme Serranito Nunes现任里斯本大学学院（ISCTE UniversityInstitute of Lisbon）商学院人力资源与组织行为系助理教授。曾任人力资源与组织行为系系主任。目前职业发展偏向学术研方向。

研究领域：

组织绩效的决定因素；组织认同；领导力发展；高度制度化环境下的管理

学术背景：

2005年，获得里斯本大学学院（ISCTE University Institute of Lisbon）管理学博士学位。

1995年，获得里斯本大学学院（ISCTE University Institute of Lisbon）社会与组织心理学硕士学位。

1989年，获得应用心理学高级研究所（Instituto Superior Psicologia Aplicada）心理学学士学位。

职业经历：

5年人力资源管理顾问和10年市场营销研究员经验。2005年受雇于ISCTE，开设了几门关于人力资源管理和应用研究策略的课程，曾管理人力资源管理领域的多个学士、硕士和博士项目。
