教授简介:

Henrique Manuel Duarte现任里斯本大学学院(ISCTE University Institute of Lisbon)商学院的人力资源和管理系副教授和ISCTE商业研究中心研究员。自2019年起,他还担任《欧洲管理期刊》的科学期刊编辑人员。他参与多项研究项目,其中包括《具备创业能力:旨在为高等教育和商业发展创业能力的知识联盟》(2020-2022)、《在中小型企业中发展抗压能力》(2019-2021)、《从内部贬值到工作重估:以葡萄牙为例》(2018-2021)等项目。


研究领域:

创业能力;人力资源管理


学术背景:

本、硕、博均就读于里斯本大学学院(ISCTE University Institute of Lisbon)。2007年,获得社会与组织心理学博士学位;2001,获得社会与组织心理学硕士学位;1990年,获得公司组织与管理学士学位。


教学活动:

自2014年起,担任ISCTE人力资源管理系和管理系的多门课程协调员,并教授《人力资源管理》、《学校组织管理》、《招聘与挑选》、《职业发展与奖励管理》等多门重要课程,具有丰富的教学经验。
