Luís Martins现任里斯本大学学院（ISCTE University Insititute of Lisbon）商学院人力资源系和市场营销与管理系的教授，教授卫生部门管理、团队领导力与冲突管理等课程。

1999年，获得葡萄牙米尼奥大学（Universidade do Minho）人体工程学硕士学位。
