教授简介:

马绍壮(Shaozhuang Ma)现任里斯本大学学院(ISCTE University Institute of Lisbon)商学院副教授,教授国际人力资源管理和战略管理等课程。曾是澳大利亚昆士兰大学(University of Queensland,Australia)访问学者。


研究领域:

人力资源管理;战略管理


学术背景:

2007年获得里斯本大学学院(ISCTE University Institute of Lisbon)人力资源组织与发展博士学位。

2002年,获得英国莱斯特大学(University of Lecister, UK)工商管理硕士学位。


职业经历:

加入ISCTE之前,曾任广东外语外贸大学商学院副院长,也是岭南MBA项目的执行主任。2016-2019年,担任北部湾海洋经济研究所特邀研究员。
