教授简介：

Paulo BENTO（保罗•班托）教授是INDEG-ISCTE高级管理人员教育机构的主席（自2012年起），他还在INDEG-ISCTE担任EMBA项目负责人（自2013年起），高级工商管理硕士项目负责人（自2015年起）和可持续知识研究室主任（自2013年起）等职务。同时，Bento教授是葡萄牙里斯本工商管理大学企业研究所的研究员（自2008年起）和全球经济管理报的总编辑（自2010年起）。

除在葡萄牙的这些任职外，Bento教授还是莫桑比克Transcom公司的董事会成员（自2014年起），并在安哥拉、巴西、中国和莫桑比克等国家授课。

在加入到学术界之前，Bento教授是财富咨询公司的联合创始人和执行总裁，该公司致力于战略、管理和财务领域的咨询服务。在这之前他还担任全球生物制药公司百时美施贵宝的总监一职。令人惊讶的是，Bento教授成功的职业生涯是在葡萄牙中央银行起步的。他在中央银行20世纪90年代的银行体系转变和一些主要运行方面发挥了重大作用。

Bento教授经常作为特邀发言人出席参加葡萄牙的一些相关会议和研讨会。他还定期在国际顶级杂志和报刊发表文章。

学术背景：

2004年，获得英国曼彻斯特大学（University of Manchester）管理学院的管理科学博士学位；1998年，获得ISCTE商业科学硕士学位。

2015年至2018年，总共获得三次ISCTE-IUL科学奖。

教学活动：

2012年，被授予ISCTE服务与技术管理硕士项目的最佳教师奖。

自2013年起，担任ISCTE管理系的多门课程协调员，并负责教授《创业精神》，以及指导博士和硕士研究生的学术论文。
