教授简介:

Sílvia da Silva现任里斯本大学学院(ISCTE University Institute of Lisbon)商学院的人力资源和组织行为系副教授、ISCTE商业研究中心研究员和人力资源和组织行为小组协调员。参与研究项目《增强中小企业的抗压能力》(2019-2021)、《WELLy:介绍福祉经理的工作,以预防和应对工作压力》(2019-2022)、《参与式预防中小企业的社会心理突发事件风险》(2013-2014)。目前,她还是职业健康心理学协会、欧洲职业健康心理学研究院、美国管理学会和欧洲工作与组织心理学协会的成员。


研究领域:

组织行为;工作心理学;职场健康心理学


学术背景:

硕士和博士均毕业于里斯本大学学院(ISCTE University Institute of Lisbon)。2004年,获得社会与组织心理学博士学位;1997年,获得社会与组织心理学硕士学位。


教学活动:

自2011年起,担任ISCTE商学院多门课程的协调员,并教授《健康组织》、《工作场所的生活质量与健康》、(以人为本的管理)等课程。

2010年至2016年,担任里斯本高等理工学院(IST -UL)的高级培训项目教授;2013年至2015年,担任维罗纳大学(Verona University)的客座教授。
