教授简介：

João Vilas Boas 教授拥有工业和服务工程方面的研究技能，专注于通过设计组织变革计划来对运营系统进行战略调整，擅长运用定性方法和软系统工程方法处理解决复杂的组织问题。 Joao Vilas Boas 教授凭借其出色的管理才能，曾担任某大型公司的董事总经理职位；不仅如此，教授在大学进行教学和研究等工作的，同时也创立并发展着自己的公司。

职业经历：

2015年，担任国家民用劳工组织的软系统方法研讨会成员，讨论研究民用劳工问题。
