教授简介：

Elsa Cardoso现任里斯本大学学院（ISCTE University Institute of Lisbon）信息科学与技术系的助理教授、葡萄牙社会学研究中心（CIES-IUL）以及葡萄牙里斯本INESC-ID信息与决策支持系统小组的研究员。目前，她是欧洲大学信息系统组织（EUNIS）商业智能特别兴趣小组的成员，曾在2013年至2019年间担任该小组的负责人，并参加了多个葡萄牙国内和国际的研究项目。她目前正从事研究《GRADUA-阿尔巴尼亚大学毕业生的能力提升和发展》、《iLU-城市数据集成学习》等项目。

研究领域：

商业智能和分析；决策支持系统；数据可视化；数据仓库；战略信息系统（平衡计分卡）

学术背景：

2011年，获得里斯本大学学院（ISCTE University Institute of Lisbon）的信息科学与技术博士学位（欧洲博士学位），研究方向为商业智能。2003年，获得里斯本高等理工学院（Instituto Superior Técnico）的信息学与计算机工程学硕士学位。

教学活动：

自2015年起，担任信息科学与技术系的多门课程协调员，并教授《商业智能》、《可视化分析》、《战略信息系统与性能管理》等多门课程。
