个人简介

2004年毕业于华中科技大学同济医学院，获得临床医学学士学位。2009年6月获华中科技大学同济医学院生物化学与分子生物学博士学位。2009年9月至2012年5月在复旦大学生物医学研究院从事博士后研究。2012年10月至2014年4月分别在美国康涅狄格大学和美国南卡罗莱纳医科大学从事博士后研究。2014年12月起进入南方医科大学基础医学院组织学与胚胎学教研室从事教研工作。长期专注于iPS细胞的基础研究，研究工作发表在 Stem Cells、Stem Cells Development 等SCI刊物。目前主要致力于将iPS细胞与皮肤疾病相结合，以寻找皮肤疾病发生发展的新机制和新的治疗手段，为具备极髙治疗和转化应用前景的iPS细胞的临床治疗开发全新的思路。主要研究内容包括：1. iPS来源的角质形成细胞在皮肤创伤愈合过程的中的作用观察，以及相关分子信号机制的探索；2. 人iPS来源的角质形成细胞分泌的外泌体治疗增生性瘢痕的作用及机制研究。
