个人简介

郝冰涛，理学博士。1997年毕业于武汉大学生命科学学院生物学系，2001年进入军事医学科学院攻读硕士，后进入清华大学攻读博士学位。获得博士学位后，进入美国杜克大学医学中心免疫学系和纽约大学医学院病理学系进行博士后研究。

研究方向

机体每天要面对大量病原体微生物的攻击。为了抵抗这些攻击，机体进化出了适应性免疫系统来识别并清除这些病原体微生物。人体适应性免疫系统一个神奇的特点是在没有接触到这些病原体之前就已经产生了能够识别这些微生物的武器——B细胞受体和T细胞受体。机体是通过一个称为V(D)J重排的过程产生这些高度多样的B细胞受体和T细胞受体。本课题组研究的主要方向是研究染色质空间组织对V(D)J重排的调节机制以及重排过程的异常对抗感染免疫、抗肿瘤免疫和自身免疫的影响，为免疫相关疾病的治疗提供理论基础。
