v 研究方向

    癌症因其难以治愈、易转移复发、患者死亡率高等特点,已经成为威胁人类生命健康的主要疾病之一。但传统肿瘤治疗方式在实际应用过程中面临着诸多问题,如何将药物安全有效地递送至病灶部位,在提高药效的同时降低其对正常组织的毒副作用,一直是该领域研究人员致力于解决的关键问题之一。基于此,我们长期关注生物医用材料应用于肿瘤诊断和治疗的相关研究及动态,通过结合材料学、化学、医学、分子生物学等学科,开发了一系列适应于肿瘤微环境的多功能纳米药物载体,实现药物的可控释放,同时利用并改善肿瘤微环境,增强药物的肿瘤靶向治疗效率,以提高癌症患者的生存率和生活质量。
