第一学年：课程学习First year: Coursework
-完成16 门必修课程（详见“课程设置”）；
-参加学术研讨；
-确定研究方向，完成论文开题报告。研究方向包括The research areas for thesis include：
健康管理Health management
医药卫生战略发展Healthcare strategic development
医药卫生组织与人力资源Healthcare organization and human resources
医药卫生管理信息系统Healthcare information system management
医药卫生营销管理Healthcare marketing
医药卫生财务管理Healthcare finance
医药卫生运营管理Healthcare operation management
医药卫生政策研究Healthcare policies
医药卫生危机管理Healthcare risk management
-海外访学两周（选修），包括讲座、参观医院、医疗卫生机构及卫生行政管理部门、制药企业等。
第二学年：论文撰写 Second year: Developing the thesis
- 确定中葡导师；
- 撰写论文；
- 论文写作进度中期检查；
第三学年及以后 Third year and following: Developing and concluding the thesis
- 完成论文写作；（论文需要翻译成英文）(The thesis should be translated in English)
- 论文答辩和学位授予；（在葡萄牙里斯本大学学院举行）
注：本项目学制原则上为三年，如学员需要延长学习时间以完成论文写作，需要向学院提出申请，完成学业最长年限不超过六年。
