教授简介:

Aristides Ferreira现任里斯本大学学院(ISCTE University Institute of Lisbon)商学院人力资源管理系副教授和ISCTE商业研究中心研究员。获得德国柏林自由大学的博士后学位,教授《创新与组织转变》、《人力资源选择与发展》、《人力资源管理》等多门课程。

学术背景:

2011年至2014年,在德国柏林自由大学(Freie Universität Berlin)商学院攻读临时管理组织博士后课程并顺利获得学位。2009年,获得米尼奥大学(Universidade do Minho)的哲学博士学位。2005年获得里斯本大学学院(ISCTE University Institute of Lisbon)的人力资源开发硕士学位。


教学活动:

教授《创新与组织转变》、《人力资源选择与发展》、《人力资源管理》等多门课程,并担任ISCTE博士和硕士研究生的论文导师。
